Each employee within EM-Assist is expected to embody the following traits:

Leading by example: We consistently exhibit the individual leadership traits expected of each employee; we understand EM-Assist’s client value proposition and mission, vision, and values, and we rely on these as guideposts in making decisions to help us turn understanding into results.
Communicating clearly with team members: We align team members around a shared vision by communicating the team’s objectives and establishing clear roles and expectations for each team member.
