EM-Assist Mentor Program

EM-Assist’s Mentor Program was established to cultivate employee development that benefits your career, your team, EM-Assist, and our clients. In the Mentor Program, diverse members of our staff who seek to grow as professionals and leaders enter voluntary mentoring relationships with structured support from the company. EM-Assist support includes a formal selection, matching, and close-out procedure, a team-based goal setting and planning process, mentor and mentee orientations, an established mentor team budget, recognition activities and formal program review.

EM-Assist University (EMU)

EM-Assist University (EMU) is a structured program to provide leadership development and management training that is aligned with EM-Assist’s Mission, Vision, and Values, Client Value Proposition, and Leadership Philosophy. EMU is an annual program with an established curriculum taught by both in-house experts and third-party instructors. Completion of EMU results in internal certification that is factored in to career planning and promotions, and all employees completing EMU are invited to a recognition dinner with EM-Assist’s Chief Executive Officer and President.

EM-Assist Education Program

The EM-Assist Education Program allows motivated employees to continue their formal education in areas that directly benefit EM-Assist and our clients. We believe that individuals who possess a desire to continue their education, while continuing to perform at high levels in their role at EM-Assist, show a commitment to improving themselves and their positions within the company.
