Learning Management System (LMS)
EM-Assist’s Learning Management System (LMS) is an interactive Web-based application used to deliver training, track individual user progress, and report on training statistics to improve processes and achieve training goals.
An EM-Assist LMS enables the right training to be delivered to the right people at the right time. It monitors student participation, assesses student performance, and generates all required compliance reporting in a user-friendly format. Each EM-Assist LMS is secure, scalable, and compatible with most clients’ existing technologies.
EM-Assist’s LMS includes the following features:
- SCORM 1.2 and 2004 conformant;
- Allows administrators to load and manage SCORM conformant training packages;
- Drives required training based on data associated with users that are unique to each client's specific organization and needs (criteria-based training delivery);
- Supports unlimited users and unlimited online and classroom-based training courses with no per-user fees;
- Tracks and reports online and classroom training activity by student, including courses viewed and completed, time and date of course activity, total time spent viewing a course, and course pass/fail;
- Allows administrators to sort, query, and filter report data;
- Exports reportable data to various formats (including .xls/.txt);
- Accesses reportable data via XML Web service;
- Provides student transcripts and certificates of completion;
- Sends email notifications to instructors and students for any classroom status changes, including enrollment or waitlist information, and rescheduled or cancelled courses;
- Manages recurring training, via automated e-mail notifications, to designated point of contact (POC) personnel;
- Configurable visual appearance;
- Built for security and scalability;
- Operates on the Microsoft .NET and SQL Server platform.
